Dear Potential 2019 Program Partner:

The Cleveland Council of Black Colleges Alumni Association along with the Northern Ohio Inter-Alumni Council/UNCF are delighted in your interest in becoming a Program Partner for the DESTINATION HBCU: (Historically Black College and University) College Fair, which will take place on Friday, November 22 and Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Cuyahoga County Community College-Metro Campus and Warrensville Heights High School, respectively. The College Fair activities will also include the DESTINATION HBCU Pre-College Fair Reception, a gathering of HBCU Admission Professionals and Northeast Ohio High School Superintendents, Principals and Academic Counselors as well as prominent Cleveland area HBCU Alumni and event sponsors. The reception will take place on Thursday, November 21, 2019.

The fair is organized by the Alumni Council, a consortium of graduates and supporters of any accredited public or private HBCUs that reside in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area. This year is particularly special as we celebrate the accomplishments and scholastic success stories of our youth who participated in the college fair. We will also acknowledge HBCU graduates that are successful professionals in Northeast Ohio.

From the rigorous academic offerings, legacy, historic landmarks, influential graduates and student engagement; these institutions are a DESTINATION where students can fulfill their dreams and prepare for the challenges ahead. The HBCUs represented and other exhibitors in attendance will certainly add value to the students served to allow them to witness to understand the proud history and traditions of HBCUs while proving their relevancy for today and how they can prosper as a student for the next four years.

We hope that you would consider joining us as a 2019 Program Partner. A Program Partner is any company, organization or individual that contributes cash and/or an in-kind donation to the fair. With your support, we can continue to develop this amazing event and help shape the next generation of business professionals, doctors, educators, lawyers and others who will contribute to our region and country for years to come. Additionally, with your financial support, we are able to continue the mission of reducing barriers of access to higher education by providing valuable information and resources to underrepresented students.
